Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Some products may have an incorrect price, so we will check prices whenever we process orders. If the product is priced lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and await their decision to accept the new offer or cancel the order.
TDCorals only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of payment, so we cannot guarantee the availability of items until said processing begins.
TDCorals only ships orders on business days. Therefore, to estimate the delivery time of orders, weekends and public holidays are not taken into account. The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. We try to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock, whether physical or ordered from a supplier. However, TDCorals reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock.
In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, we will immediately inform the customer of the partial or total cancellation of their order, and the buyer is entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid.
Products when identified in the description as "available to order from a supplier", have a shipping period of 3/4 working days after the customer places the order.
All prices shown on tdcorals.com include VAT at the legal rate in force.
